For our Vineland, New Jersey warehouse, we are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong compliance background to join our team, serve as the go-to HR resource for our warehouse population, ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, and report to Trucco’s HR Lead.

If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable being on the floor with a frontline workforce, with a genuine interest in employment law and compliance, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary on-site HR point of contact for the Vineland warehouse, supporting a diverse, frontline workforce;
• Ensure compliance with federal, New Jersey state, and local employment law, including wage and hour regulations, NJ Earned Sick Leave, NJ Family Leave, WARN Act, workers’ compensation, and OSHA requirements;
• Lead and coordinate social audits for the facility, ensuring readiness and compliance with all applicable standards and requirements;
• Review and audit worker classification (exempt/non-exempt, employee/contractor) to ensure compliance and mitigate risk;
• Support benefits administration and compliance, including ACA requirement
