Senior Contracts Manager – Contracts & Proposals

 

What Impact You'll Have

• GRVTY is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support our Operational Sectors/Business Units, Proposals and Business Development organizations. In this role, you will lead all pre-award contracting activities for competitive proposals — from NDAs/Teaming Agreements through subcontracts/prime contracts and proposal volume development/compliance reviews through contract closeout.

What You'll be Owning

• Lead and manage the full pre-award contracting lifecycle for competitive proposals, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs/Teaming Agreements. Coordinate review and execution of agreements with internal legal counsel and senior leadership.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment, quickly escalate risks to VP of Strategic Acquisition.
• Proactively review, shred and advise on solicitation documents (RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought) to identify contractual risks, terms and conditions concerns, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with proposal tams to develop compliant and competitive proposal sections, including Section L/M analysis, representations and certifications, and assumptions.
