What You’ll Be Owning

GRVTY is seeking a strong Linux engineer with experience with Debian that can bring automation skills that the team currently lacks (Ansible, scripting, AI integration for example) to help streamline/add efficiencies.The Sponsor’s office is responsible for building and operating a hybrid-cloud mission infrastructure and services, hosting dozens of Commercial off the shelf (COTS), Government off the shelf (GOTS), and custom applications, as well as a large data lake. The system has on-premises components deployed at multiple data centers, as well as use of commercial cloud resources. The Sponsor requires a team with a diverse background and strong organizational skills to facilitate the accreditation and document systems deployments across the environment. The team will work in a 24 hour, 7 day a week environment and provide in-depth Tier 2 through Tier 4 level support and problem resolution for technology products and applications. They will lead and perform engineering efforts in the areas of Windows and Linux servers, workstations, storage, and virtualization; perform data center management tasks such as physical capacity management, hardware installation and commissioning, inventory, decommissioning and removal, and destruction; and coordinate engineering projects including performing technical risk assessment, de-conflict implementations, and resolve
