About the Role
This is a broad, commercially focused legal role supporting GSR across transactions, regulated businesses, and strategic initiatives, with a particular emphasis on U.S. corporate and regulatory matters. The Vice President will work across a range of areas, including investments, asset management, broker-dealer activities, commercial agreements, and other matters that arise across the firm.
We are looking for a versatile, deal-oriented lawyer with strong judgment, practical instincts, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new subject matter.
