We're looking for a Floor Lead to help shape the Gymshark experience at our White City store. Located in one of London's most dynamic retail destinations, our White City store is more than just a place to shop. It's a space where our community comes together, where brand moments are created, and where customers connect with Gymshark on a deeper level.
As a Floor Lead, you'll be at the heart of that experience. Leading from the shop floor, you'll inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create an environment where both people and performance thrive. You'll be a visible leader, setting the standard through your energy, coaching, and commitment to excellence. From driving daily priorities and developing teammates to supporting operational excellence and acting as manager on duty, you'll play a key role in bringing the Gymshark brand to life every single day.
