We are seeking a senior clinical data expert to lead the strategy for the clinical data that powers our platform. You will be the authority on which clinical data sets we acquire, how they are structured and interpreted, and how they are made trustworthy: standards of care, drug lists, study start-up and regulatory cycle times, CTMS data, and other clinical and trial operations sources.   WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1 - Define the clinical data acquisition strategy: which sources to bring in, in what priority, and whether to build, buy, or partner - Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical data content, including standards of care, drug lists, study start-up times, regulatory cycle times, and CTMS data - Specify how each data set should be modeled, normalized, and mapped to standard vocabularies, and document the business rules and definitions behind them - Set data quality standards and acceptance criteria (completeness, accurac
