As a Patient Accounts Representative, you’ll be a key player in supporting our mission to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.

Your Role:

As a Patient Accounts Representative, you’ll manage critical billing and reimbursement functions, serving as a vital link between patients, providers, and payers.

• Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Making collections calls and processing payment within the EMR
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve denials
• Communicate with patients regarding their accounts, balances, and insurance benefits
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance
• Maintain patient account records with integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in healthcare billing or finance preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, collect
