At Great Strides Rehabilitation, you'll work in a collaborative pediatric environment serving children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while creating positive experiences for both patients and families.

Your Role

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate therapy session data to support treatment progress.
