Internship Program Mission:

To attract and engage undergraduate and graduate talent, including students pursuing advanced degrees for specialized roles, by providing meaningful internship opportunities at HAI Group that align with their fields of study and enable them to apply academic knowledge, theory, and skills in a practical workplace environment. 

Internship Overview

The finance and accounting intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the Finance team to learn and contribute to the team’s impact to the enterprise.  Areas of focus will incorporate disciplines of accounting, financial planning and analysis, compliance and internal audit.  The expectations for the intern are to provide a summary presentation of what was learned, how it fits their career path, and provide feedback on opportunities of process improvements. The intern will also participate in group ac
