HR Generalist

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our HR functions and enhancing the employee experience. In this position, you’ll collaborate with employees and management to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, benefits administration, and more. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a broad knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

As an HR Generalist, you will support initiatives that align with our company’s mission and values, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also work closely with leadership to develop and execute employee recognition programs, support training and development efforts, and facilitate clear, engaging internal communications across the organization.
