About the Role

This is a paid acquisition-focused role on the Growth team, based in Madrid, reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working closely with founders to scale HappyRobot's demand generation engine. You'll be hands-on-keyboard with our paid channels, owning strategy, execution, and performance across the funnel — from awareness to pipeline.
