We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience testing power electronics devices. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software design teams to lead prototype bring-up, Design Verification (DV) and Production Verification (PV) testing, and long-term reliability programs at the component, subsystem, and vehicle levels.
What You'll Do:
- Lead hands-on bench bring-up, commissioning, and validation testing for power electronics, PCBAs, and high-voltage (HV) subsystems.
- Develop, execute, and maintain Design Verification Plans & Repor
