Hasbro is seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded Director, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) to lead our inventory and replenishment partnership with Target, one of our key North American retail customers. This highly visible, customer-facing leadership role is responsible for driving retail sales growth, maximizing product availability, optimizing inventory productivity, and strengthening collaborative planning and replenishment execution across the Target business.
The Director will serve as a critical connection between Target’s inventory and replenishment teams and Hasbro’s Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Flow Planning, Logistics, and Customer Operations organizations.
