In this role you'll be a key part of the corporate legal team, and you'll work where corporate governance and securities compliance meet for a global, publicly traded company. You'll support SEC reporting and filings, Section 16 compliance, board and committee matters, annual meeting preparation, and entity management across Hasbro's worldwide footprint. You'll also partner with colleagues who handle commercial, employment, and litigation matters.
