Our agents act on computers for our customers, clicking through software and filling in fields, so our contracts have to answer some awkward questions. Who owns what an agent produces? Who answers when an output turns out to be wrong? Can customer data train our models? Our terms already take a position on all three, and they're public: read our general terms of service and our data processing agreement, both in French, under French law, and last updated in June 2026. This job is drafting and negotiating contracts like these, and keeping them current as the product and the law move.
H builds computer-use agents for enterprises, from Paris. In July 2026 we launched Computer-use Agents, fully managed agents that take actions on computers.
What you own
Our business teams bring in the deals. You'd write the paper behind them and lead the negotiation. When AI regulation or data protection law changes, you'd help work out what our contracts need to say now. You'd report to Julie Martinez, our General Counsel, who is also the data
