Compensation Models
W-2 Employed Model
- Base Salary: $280,000 – $450,000 (based on experience and subspecialty)
- Incentives: Additional performance-based bonuses
1099 Independent Contractor Model
- Earning Potential: $500,000+ annually, dependent on patient
