• Schedule: Hospital-based coverage; shift length, nights, weekends, and annual shift commitment vary by program
• Compensation: Physician compensation generally ranges from $300,000-$550,000, depending on experience and position, with work RVU productivity incentives; hospitalist-specific compensation to be confirmed
