Field Sales Engineer
ABOUT ROLE
As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sales and building strong customer relationships within your assigned territory in southern and south-eastern Poland.
The territory covers a broad area stretching from Wrocław and the Czech border through the Upper Silesia region, Kraków and southern Poland, across to Lublin and the eastern border, including major cities such as Częstochowa, Katowice, Gliwice, Bielsko-Biała, Kraków, Kielce, Rzeszów and Lublin.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and providing technical expertise and support directly at customer sites.
This role combines field sales, technical consulting, and customer relationship management, giving you the opportunity to work closely with customers and contribute directly to business growth across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take full responsibility for the assigned sales territory, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new customers.
Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.
