The Role

As Head of Photo Production, Berlin, you will own how our photography is made: the systems, and the standard that every shoot is held to. You will lead the Berlin photo production team, the engine behind marketing, lifestyle and product content for HelloFresh, Factor and our international markets. This is a senior, systems-minded leadership role. You will set the direction for how photo production runs, give clear and useful feedback on all aspects of the work, and turn a creative vision into a studio that delivers it every week.

HelloFresh is at a pivotal moment of transformation. We are moving towards a modular, global content system, bringing AI-assisted workflows alongside traditional photography, and balancing centralised brand standards with the needs of local markets.
