Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: 5491 Timberlea Blvd. Mississauga, L4W 2T6

Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm

We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor at our Mississauaga Distribution Centre. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for the products that we manufacture in-house, ensuring an on-time, in full, top-quality product, and a manufacturing process that is safe and efficient.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for:

• Supervise a team of automation technicians and associates, running a 7 days operation, where you will focus on building a culture of safety and high performance through developing and coaching the team members
• Be responsible for achieving the weekly production plan on time and in full while optimizing operational efficiency
• Drive customer experience through low error rates on product quality, and best-in-class product look & feel
• Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Procedures and housekeeping in the production facility to ensure a safe work environment.
• Be the resident expert on our manufacturing proces
