Location: 3331 Mount Lehman Rd, Abbotsford, V2T 5M1
Shift: Monday - Sunday (any 2 days off ) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Flexibility required
About the Role
As a Quality Control Associate you will take a hands-on approach to maintaining and continuously improving our product quality control processes and monitoring our food safety requirements. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are being provided with safe, great tasting meals.
What you will be doing:
- Receive inbounding and inventory SKUs from the Warehouse department and conduct quality control inspections to ensure products adhere to required specifications.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with the Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams; in cases of product non-conformance, alongside maintaining a photo database of product non-conformances.
- Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products to ensure products meet Company Standards.
- Monitor GMPs are followed by all employees and Management of allergens is followed as per procedures.
