Senior Associate, Human Resources

You will...

• Provide generalist support for Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM for all areas of Human Resources
• Assist in administering procedures and policies
• Participate in Exit interviews and Performance Management cycles
• Provide training support and resources to Associates
• Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved
• Collaborate with the HR Director and HRBP team to conduct interventions, fact-findings and resolve conflicts as they arise
• Provide coaching, promote discussions and make recommendations for non-exempt associates'
