The Senior Analyst, Outbound Logistics is a strategic, high-ownership role responsible for managing HelloFresh Canada's carrier network across both last mile and middle mile. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all carrier relationships — from onboarding new partners to holding the existing network accountable for quality and cost performance.

While the Systems and Analytics teams provide the tools and data, you are the operator who turns insight into action: renegotiating rates, escalating service failures, shaping network strategy, and continuously raising the bar on what "great" looks like for Canadian logistics.

Carrier Management & Accountability

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with last mile and middle mile carriers across the Canadian network
• Hold carriers accountable to agreed KPIs, with a focus on On-Time Performance (OTP) and Contactless Completion (CC) error rates
• Lead regular business reviews, issue escalations, and corrective action plans with carrier partners
