Reporting into the Senior Director of National Production, you will oversee all fulfillment processes (warehouse, portioning, and pick & pack) within a HF Distribution Centre. Your focus is to ensure that our customers receive a perfect box on time; create, develop, and manage a high-performing team; and drive continuous improvement initiatives and process rollouts to achieve cost and operational targets. 

As part of the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping and building HelloFresh’s operational scale and capability of the future, as we strive to win our customers with high levels of service, quality and choice.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for:

• Lead a team multi-department team consisting of Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators/Team Leaders 
• Build and develop a high-performing culture, with focus on leadership, accountability, engagement, continuous learning and speed/agility
• Set up, manage, and be accountable for key performance indicators and targets, with focus on employee safety, food safety, quality, order accuracy, cost, and on-time delivery
• Build strong relationships with Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics leaders and teams to deliver production plans
