About The Role:
We're looking for a culturally-switched-on Social Content Creator to shape how HelloFresh and Green Chef show up organically across TikTok and Instagram, while also building paid hooks that amplify what's working. You're a storyteller first, someone who can capture a real moment, build a brand world, and move at the speed of culture. You work closely with Creative Strategy, PR and product teams to make sure content is joined up, whether that's amplifying a launch, staying ahead of a sensitive moment, or keeping your creative output aligned with what's happening across the broader business.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Organic content creation (60%): Own the creative production for HelloFresh and Green Chef's organic social channels, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories. Ideate, film, and edit content that feels genuinely native to each platform and each brand.
- Cultural moments and reactive content: You're plugged in. You spot a trend, a moment, or a cultural conversation and move fast, translating it into content that's relevant to HelloFresh or Green Chef without feeling forced or late.
