Team Lead, Display and Video Marketing
As Team Lead of Display & Video Marketing, you will take ownership of a critical execution function within the Display & Video Marketing team within the HelloFresh Group’s US portfolio of brands (HelloFresh, Factor, Green Chef, EveryPlate). You will also lead a small team of Specialists across paid programmatic Display & Video user acquisition.
Your primary mission will be to drive channel performance across YouTube, Google Demand Gen, and non-Google programmatic display & video channels— whilst developing your team and building the processes that make our Display & Video marketing operation more efficient and scalable.
This is a role for someone ready to step up from expert individual contributor to first-line people leader. You will be accountable for results, energized by coaching others, and rigorous enough to hold the bar on data quality, testing discipline, and creative execution.
