This is a true partnership role: Dad works a demanding schedule and is looking for someone who can be the steady, nurturing anchor of the girls' weekday routine — from morning lunch prep and school drop-off through homework support, dinner, and bedtime wind-down before he arrives home. The Weekly Schedule This role follows a split-shift schedule designed around the girls' school day: Block Hours   Focus AM Shift 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM 4 hrs Morning routine, lunches, 8:00 AM school drop-off, then household support — tidying the girls' spaces, laundry, and dinner meal prep Midday Break 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM 3.5 hrs (unpaid) Your own time — head home, hit the gym, run errands PM Shift 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM 4 h
