Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Install Lead Technician to join our growing residential home services team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for leading residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs, with a focus on integrating electrical systems with HVAC and plumbing equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, panel changes, and service repairs.

• Oversee installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Coordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams to support cross-trade installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.
