Key Account Manager - Modern Retail

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a growing company operating in the food manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key modern retail chains across Poland, driving sales growth, and successfully introducing new products to the market.

The ideal candidate has proven experience working with major retail chains, with hands-on experience managing the Żabka account being a mandatory requirement. You will also be responsible for developing cooperation with other leading retailers, including Lidl, Biedronka, Kaufland, and other modern trade customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements.

• Drive successful product listings and coordinate new product launches within retail networks.
