We are looking for a People Analytics & Transformation Consultant who combines analytical and data engineering skills with a strong consulting mindset.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of People Consulting, Data Analytics and HR Transformation, supporting clients in making data-driven decisions and improving their people-related processes. You will be involved in both the technical side of data preparation and analysis and the consulting side of translating data into clear business recommendations.

The role is approximately 50% consulting and 50% data engineering/analytics, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data but also wants to understand the business context, work with stakeholders and contribute to transformation projects.
