Health & Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversees the company’s Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing framework, ensuring a strong safety culture across all airport facilities
• Maintains the structure and audit readiness of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&S/HSE) in line with national/EU requirements and EASA/ICAO provisions.
• Ensures the implementation of risk‑based health, safety, and wellbeing programs across airside, landside, terminals, maintenance, and office areas
• Monitors legislative and standards updates and updates policies, procedures, and risk assessments accordingly.
• Leads occupational health and wellbeing initiatives (e.g. medical surveillance, workplace hygiene, ergonomics, fatigue/stress management)
• Manages OH&S training for employees, contractors and service providers and ensures compliance with certifications and induction requirements.
• Ensures mandatory certifications, induction, and record keeping compliance.
• Investigates workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, injuries, and near misses and follows up on corrective/preventive ac
