Position Summary
Hex Trust is looking for a Hong Kong based Responsible Officer to oversee and support the next stage of the Company’s growth & expansion; obtaining and maintaining SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) licences. This position requires a high level of intellectual rigour, a can-do attitude, and a passion for structure and details.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a Responsible Officer (RO), own the SFC Type 1 and 4 licence application and maintenance processes, supervise regulated activities.
- Liaise with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and/or other regulatory bodies.
