About the Role
As the Review Generation Team Lead & Community Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of HG Insights' review generation program end-to-end. You will lead a team of campaign specialists and managers, set the direction for how we drive review submissions across our customer and enterprise base, and build a community of engaged reviewers who see ongoing value in participating. You'll partner closely with the Director of Leads, Content, and Research to align review generation with broader pipeline and content goals, and you'll use a data-driven approach to guide the team's priorities and measure impact.
