Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations & Supply Chain to build and lead the operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer business.

You’ll own contract manufacturing, sourcing and procurement, demand and supply planning, and 3PL operations—building the processes and systems needed to scale efficiently and reliably. You’ll also support the company’s ERP transition and strengthen inventory accuracy, master data, and reporting.

This role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with Product Development, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, 3PL/fulfillment, and Customer Experience. Yo
