Position Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager, CRO & Subscription to join the Hi-Altitude team. In this capacity, you will own the customer journey end-to-end. You will own both the strategy and execution of our CRO (conversion rate optimization) testing roadmap to improve conversion rate, AOV, subscription adoption, and subscription churn metrics.

You are data-obsessed, understand how to turn numbers into actionable insights, and know how to design and read a test without bias.
