Highbar Tuition Advancement Loan Program

At Highbar Physical Therapy, we believe in empowering future clinicians to Practice at the Top of Their License (PATTOTL).   The Tuition Advancement Loan Program supports aspiring Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as they complete their education while creating a clear path to join Highbar as a licensed clinician after graduation.   The Program provides up to $5,000 per academic year (PT) or $2,500 (PTA) in forgivable tuition assistance. Recipients agree to work as a licensed clinician with Highbar following graduation, at a rate of one year of employment for each year of assistance received, up to a maximum of three years.    Funds are structured as a forgivable loan to ensure compliance with IRS and state tax laws. Loan forgiveness occurs incrementally through service at Highbar, rather than through direct tuition reimbursement.
