The Role

We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist who understands paid social inside and out, and knows how to build creative strategy that ladders up to hard business numbers. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll own the link between creative execution and business outcomes: not just ROAS and CPA on direct-response ads, but sessions, engagement, and assisted conversions driven by the awareness and consideration content that feeds the rest of the funnel.
