Expanded Learning Assistant - Aftercare High Tech Elementary North County - San Marcos   Reports To: Aftercare Coordinator/ Director  FLSA Classification: Hourly Classified Full Time/Part Time Status: Part-Time, non-exempt Regular Framework: Hourly Pay Range:  Step1, Hourly Framework. Range: $20.60 -$25.11. Salary is commensurate with verified experience. Our Expanded Learning Assistants play unique roles as mentors, tutors, activity leaders, and sports coaches. In addition to providing a safe and quiet place for students to study or receive extra tutoring, our program also offers enrichment opportunities during our regularly school year afterschool programming.   About High Tech High    Developed by a coalition of San Diego civic leaders and educators, High Tech High (“HTH”) opened in September 2000 as a small public project-based charter school with plans to serve approximately 450students.
