Expanded Learning Assistant - Aftercare All Schools We are consistently and actively hiring for Expanded Learning Assistant positions.   Reports To: ELOP Program Manager/ Director  FLSA Classification: Hourly Classified Full Time/Part Time Status: Part-Time, non-exempt Regular Framework: Hourly Pay Range:  Step1, Hourly Framework. Range: $20.60 -$25.11. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits: This position does not qualify for benefits  General pool application open for all schools.   Summary   The after-school program is an important element of the school day experience. Our Expanded Learning Assistants play unique roles as mentors, tutors, activity leaders, and sports coaches. In addition to providing a safe and quiet place for students to study or receive extra tutoring, our program also offers enrichment opportunities during our regularly school year afterschool programming.   About High Tech High    Developed by a coalition of San Diego civic leaders and educators, High Tech High (“HTH”) opened inSeptember 2000 as a small public project-based charter school with plans to serve approximately 450students.
