As an Engineering Manager, Product at Hiive, you will directly manage two product engineering teams, including the Engineering Leads and IC engineers on each. Each team runs as a triad of a PM, a Designer, and an Engineering Lead; you won't replace that structure, but you'll own the people leadership, delivery oversight, and prioritization support that today sits with the Director.
