Hike Medical is a health tech company tackling musculoskeletal (MSK) health from the ground up—starting with the feet. We combine proprietary AI and deep-learning technology with clinical expertise to deliver custom 3D-printed insoles built from a simple at-home foot scan. In about five minutes, anyone can scan their feet from home, and our technology converts that scan into a custom orthotic that is 3D printed in Illinois and shipped directly to them. We partner with employers and health systems to make personalized foot care accessible, helping people move better and live pain-free.

As we scale, we are building out a finance function that can keep pace with rapid growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants ownership, visibility with leadership, and the chance to help shape the financial backbone of a mission-driven company.

The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Controller / Finance Manager to serve as the right hand to our finance lead and own day-to-day accounting operations. You will manage the close process, strengthen our controls and reporting, and partner across the business on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This is a hands-on role with significant room to grow as the

company and finance team expand.
