About the role
This is a 0-to-1 seat with founder-level ownership. You'll take a whole surface of Hilbert and own it end-to-end — vision, roadmap, specs, ship dates, and the customer results it produces. We're stubborn about the mission and flexible on tactics, and we expect the same from you.
Two things make this role different from most PM jobs. First, we're forward-deployed: you'll spend real time inside our customers' businesses — discovery, onboarding, growth reviews — and what you learn there becomes the roadmap. Second, the product is technical: what our customers buy
