Role Overview

The Development Associate contributes to the development team’s management, execution, and success in advancing Michigan Hillel’s fundraising initiatives to support a multimillion-dollar annual campaign goal.

The ideal candidate is an early-career professional eager to learn and develop core fundraising skills, including prospect research and solicitation. This role includes regular engagement with graduating seniors, new alumni, current donors, and prospective supporters. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay closely attuned to day-to-day development team activities are essential to both individual and team success.

Knowledge of the Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor Jewish communities is preferred but not required. This position reports to the Director of Development.
