This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and cares about getting orders right for real customers.

You Will:
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical and personal care products
Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations, the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards.
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse associates and pharmacy assistants; assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality
Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS); conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Monitor and document storage conditions (temperature, humidity) for temperature-sensitive medications in line with NAPRA and Health Canada guidelines
Enforce workplace health and safety protocols per the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA); maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready facility
Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, and quality assurance teams on inbound shipments, replenishment, and product holds/recalls
Manage returns, damaged goods, and expired product disposal in accordance with company policy and provincial regulations
Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce fulfillment errors
You Have:
High school diploma (OSSD) or equivalent
2+ years of warehouse experience
1+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. (23 kg) and stand/walk for extended periods
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
Preferred:
Experience with cold chain/refrigerated pharmaceutical storage
Experience in a high-growth DTC (direct-to-consumer) or e-commerce fulfillment environment
Bilingual (English/French) an asset
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, including refrigerated storage areas
May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on fulfillment volume
Fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring adaptability and quick decision-making
Collaborative, mission-driven team culture focused on improving access to care
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
Competitive salary and attractive compensation for full-time positions
Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
