Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about providing a positive dining experience every time to our customers.
Whether you are a seasoned professional in the foody scene, or a newcomer to hospitality, we are keen to talk with you! Full training will be provided.

This is a full-time job with minimum 30 hours per weeks and an hourly rate or $25 - $26.

Requirements

Responsibilities | Ngā Haepapa

• Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
• Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences
• Preparation of various hot and cold drinks
• Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
• Preparation of the restaurant for service
• Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
• Settling guest accounts
• Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints
