Associate Growth Marketing Manager, Direct Mail
The Opportunity
Join Hinge Health’s Growth team and help improve one of our key acquisition channels: direct mail. In this role, you’ll plan and execute campaigns that help prospective members discover Hinge Health and take the next step toward better musculoskeletal health.
You’ll partner with the Direct Mail channel lead and teams across Growth Marketing Operations, Data Science, Creative, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations. You’ll own defined workstreams from planning through launch and measurement, using campaign performance, experimentation, and operational excellence to improve targeting, conversion, and return on investment.
What You’ll Accomplish
Plan and execute direct mail campaigns: Manage audience selection, segmentation, mailer formats, messaging, timelines, and launch readiness for prospective member campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets: Track assigned budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement, ensuring spend is aligned with approved plans.
Optimize channel performance: Monitor volume, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on investment, then turn performance insights into clear recommendations.
