Senior Design Quality Engineer
About the role
Join Hinge Health’s Hardware organization and help build safe, reliable, scalable healthcare products that improve how people move beyond pain. As a Sr Design Quality Engineer, you’ll be a core member of cross-functional product development teams, guiding design quality from early concept through commercialization and design transfer.
You’ll bring practical expertise in design controls, risk management, verification and validation, reliability, manufacturability, product development lifecycle activities, and process validation. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, manufacturing, purchasing, test, supplier engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to help teams move quickly without compromising patient safety, product quality, or compliance.
What You’ll Accomplish
In your first 3 months
Build working knowledge of Hinge Health’s quality management system, product development lifecycle, tools, and design-quality practices.
Establish trusted partnerships with hardware, software, systems, product, program management, and Regulatory Affairs stakeholders.
