Staff Software Engineer
The Opportunity
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Care Interactions team, you will shape and build the systems that enable Hinge Health’s care teams to communicate with members and deliver personalized musculoskeletal care at scale. Care Interactions is part of CareHub, Hinge Health’s internal care-delivery platform used by physical therapists, health coaches, physicians, care managers, and other clinical teams.
The team owns core communication and care-delivery capabilities, including in-app messaging, video visits, scheduling-related experiences, clinical notes, care plans, and the CareHub interaction record used for coordinated care. You will provide technical leadership across these complex, workflow-heavy domains, helping the team build reliable, secure, and intuitive products that reduce fragmented tools and repetitive administrative work so care team members can focus on clinical judgment and member connection.
CareHub is evolving toward an AI-first platform. In this role, you may help build AI-assisted capabilities for visit preparation, documentation, summarization, contextual recommendations, and follow-up workflows. You will contribute to systems that are clinically useful, observable, resilient, and safe, with appropriate human oversight for decisions that affect care delivery.
