We’re looking for a Technical Program Builder to join the Office of the CTO and architect the R&D operational engine. This is a unique “builder” TPM role where you won’t just manage processes. You will design and implement the systems, tooling, and AI agents that automate them.
You’ll leverage AI, automation, and smart infrastructure to eliminate manual coordination, reduce operational drag, and enable teams to move faster with clarity and precision. If you have seen program management at complex organizations first hand and found yourself thinking “this meeting could be automated” or “we shouldn’t need a human to track this,” you’ll thrive here.
This role is about building scalable execution infrastructure - not status reporting. You will act as a force multiplier for engineering teams, creating systems that streamline cross-pod coordination and ensure our internal operations are as innovative as the care we deliver to our members.
