Junior Yellow Ball Tennis Director

Position Overview

The Junior Yellow Ball Tennis Director is responsible for the leadership, development, administration, and financial performance of the club’s junior high-performance tennis programs. This role combines hands-on coaching and program delivery with strategic planning, staff leadership, parent and player engagement, tournament development, and business growth.

The Director will create a high-quality, relationship-driven environment that supports the technical, competitive, and personal development of junior athletes while ensuring programs operate efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the club’s overall tennis strategy.

Coaching & Program Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct the club’s Yellow Ball, Junior Tournament Training, Tournament Training Academy (TTA), Varsity Clinic, Player Development, and Fast Track Tennis programs.
• Provide on-court leadership, coaching, observation, and mentorship across all assigned high-performance programs.
• Create and maintain curriculum for all tennis programs outside of the ROG program.
• Develop progressive pathways that support players as they transition from ROG into higher-performance programming.
• Lead special events, clinics, match-play opportunities, exhibitions, and activities associated with high-performance programming.
